SARS-CoV-2 infection induces long-lived bone marrow plasma cells in humans

Research by scientists at Washington University School of Medicine found that people infected with SARS-CoV-2 developed long-lived bone marrow plasma cells that are critical for maintaining sustained anti-COVID-19 immunity even 11 months after infection. Work published in Nature.
