The national COVID-HUB-PL platform provides support for the research and medical institutions and experts in the field of biology, chemistry, computer science through access to a common research data space. COVID-HUB-PL also allows access to raw NGS SARS-CoV-2 data before their publication, but due to the sensitive nature of medical and genomic data, access to this part of the resources is granted to verified scientific teams. The Register comprises personal data and medical history of patients with COVID-19. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 7th April 2020, the Register is maintained by Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski National Institute of Cardiology - National Research Institute in Warsaw.
The aim of the registry is to obtain the best possible insight into the new disease due to SARS-CoV-2 infection in children (PIMS) in Poland. The registry contains demographic data, results of laboratory tests and information about the treatment. Register is maintained by the Medical University of Wroclaw and the Medical University of Warsaw.
