The Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry Polish Academy of Sciences (IBCH PAS) continues efforts to perform next-generation sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 genomes isolated from people infected with the coronavirus. Samples were obtained in the collaboration with the Voivodeship Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Poznan. Up to date research teams from Polish institutions, including IBCH PAS and other institutions have released SARS-CoV-2 genomic data for 107 samples collected in Poland.
